This four-part program challenges the way management should accept and evaluate interest rate, credit, option, and liquidity risks. It will focus on making the traditional analysis meaningful for future decision making and how to present the options for future strategies in a meaningful way.

Specific subjects covered include:
- Setting income and market value policy limits
- Developing a consistent approach to interest-rate risk strategy development
- Evaluating risk/reward tradeoffs in different strategies
- Determining best reporting practices to make risks known for different audiences
- Evaluating rate sensitivity of non-maturity deposits
- Determining optimal retail and wholesale funding positions

CEO's, CFO's, controllers, lenders, retail officers, and ALCO teams
