- We provide an on-line support site with answers to many questions, tutorials on using products like our statistics package and more.
- All customers may email with support questions at no charge.
- There is also toll-free telephone support included in all our hosting packages.
FARIN Website Hosting Environment
- Website Hosting customers are offered many options from FTP enabled space (Dreamweaver, Expression Web, etc) to ASP.NET sites or a virtual server environment.
- Websites are stored on high-speed, multi-processor web server connected to the Internet via two T3 connections at a state-of-the-art, secure, co-location facility.
- Daily backups are made of your site for loss and disaster protection purposes.
- Each customer is given a web site analytics package that tracks usage – most & least requested pages, when the site is used, what browsers customers are using, and more.
FARIN Email Options
- FARIN offers the option of having all your email accounts @ your domain name.
- Each email account offers 10Mbs of storage space, virus scanning and SPAM filtering.
- All accounts can be accessed remotely via our webmail service at mail.yourdomain.com. This allows employees to use it outside the building when away on business, vacation or at home.
FARIN Website Maintenance Options
- Our banks and credit unions have the option to maintain all or part of their own web site themselves using a variety of tools like Expression Web, DreamWeaver, Contribute.
- If the bank or credit union prefers not to have an in-house webmaster, or wants them to stick to simple things and to outsource more complex tasks, FARIN also offers web maintenance services. When billed quarterly, our graphics & HTML hourly rates are discounted. Updates can be submitted to us via phone, email or fax and will be updated within 24 hours.
