Per Incident: Per incident maintenance is offered at the current rates, with a minimum half-hour billing. It can be a quick job or a more detailed project, but its a one time event.
Ongoing: Customers who need more maintenance on a daily or weekly basis may opt for a Maintenance Package. Beginning at a minimum of 2 hours per month, the rate for HTML & Graphics is dropped to a flat rate hour and added to your monthly hosting fees.
For either type of maintenance, data can be submitted via email, fax, mail or telephone. Simple updates are generally made within one business day.

Competitor Site Analysis
This feature can be customized a number of ways. It can entail a search engine analysis of who is in your market and how they rank compared to your site. It could be a quality assurance test and feature review of your peers, and strategic or tactical marketing suggestions based on the findings. It is basically a review of how your site stacks up against the sites of competitors. You may either provide a list of competitors to be analyzed or we can find them based on search engine results.
Form and Feedback Avenue Testing
If a customer submits a loan application, are you sure you know where it goes? A lost online contact is like a telephone ringing in an empty office - it's a wasted opportunity. With this service, all feedback avenues on the web site are tested by completing them with instructions for a response. This service is scalable from a one time check to a level where response times are tracked at various points in the day and of the week. A written report for either is made to provide a guide to where improvements can be made.
