But for those times when you need a little help, you can take advantage of our maintenance services. We offer a variety of ways to help make sure your web site is in tip-top shape at all times.

Website Maintenance Services

If your webmaster is either too busy or not well suited to do certain tasks on your web site, we can take over that burden. Updating rates, adding content, creating home page ads, creating forms and surveys, laying in fresh data for your specials pages, etc. We offer two types of maintenance: per incident "as you go", or "ongoing".

"As You Go": As You Go maintenance is offered at the current rates, with a minimum half-hour billing. It can be a quick job or a more detailed project, but its a one time event.

"Ongoing": Customers who need more maintenance on a daily or weekly basis may opt for a Maintenance Package. Beginning at a minimum of 2 hours per month, the rate for HTML & Graphics is dropped to a flat rate per hour and added to your monthly hosting fees.

For either type of maintenance, data can be submitted via email or telephone. Simple updates are generally made within one business day.

Form and Feedback Avenue Testing

If a customer submits a loan application, are you sure you know where it goes? A lost online contact is like a telephone ringing in an empty office - it's a wasted opportunity. With this service, all feedback avenues on the web site are tested by completing them with instructions for a response. This service is scalable from a one time check to a level where response times are tracked at various points in the day and of the week. A written report for either is made to provide a guide to where improvements can be made.
