FFIEC and the ALCO Process

Dave Koch will lead this first general session to explore how increased regulatory scrutiny on the ALCO process means an opportunity for you to make better decisions. The discussion will outline the major areas of expected change and discuss why the changes make sense and what you need to do to get moving.

Role of Effective Pricing in the ALCO process

This session will examine how a documented approach to pricing integrates with your Dynamic ALCO. Tom Farin will provide an overview of the effective use of loan pricing models in a dynamic ALCO framework, and discuss how the fundamentals of a core funding plan are integrated.

A How To Guide to Meeting the Changing Requirements

Tom Farin will lead this session on the new liquidity guidance and outline how you must respond with the ALCO process, policies and measurements to meet the changing scene.

FFIEC Issues New IRR Guidance

(1/7/2010) - FFIEC issued and advisory bulletin that indicates the increased expectations regulators have when reviewing the interest rate risk process. In response to this advosory bulletin FARIN is offering a 2 Day workshop for CLIENTS ONLY that you must take advantage of:

**NEW** 2 DAY ALCO WORKSHOP - Having already made the investment in a tool that can provide these results gets you well along the way to meeting requirements. Now we need to add in the missing parts. For some there are more parts to add than others. Nonetheless, we can help. We are offering a 2 day workshop here in Madison at a very low cost of $995 per institution (2 people maximum) to get you moving toward full compliance with the new expectations. We will attack these areas in the session on an individual basis. Space is limited to ensure individual attention.
