Fees & Enrollment:
Registration fees include all training materials, continental breakfast and lunch each day for the main conference.
- Fee: $995 for the first attendee, $750 for additional attendees from the same institution for the same conference date.

CPE Credits
Earn up to 14 Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Credits.
Refunds
If cancellation occurs before 7 days from the start of the conference a 50% cancellation fee will occur. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the workshop, no refund will be given. Circumstances of cancellation will be considered.
