Fees & Enrollment:
Registation fees include all training materials, continental breakfast and lunch each day for the main conference
Fee $995 for the first attendee, $750 for additional attendees fromthe same institution for the same conference date.

Registration is on a first-come first served basis as payment is recieved. Space is limited so early registration is STRONGLY recommended.

Refunds
If cancellation occurs before 7 days from the start of the conference a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the conference, no refund will be given.
Circomstances of cancellation will be considered.

CPE Credit
